Job role:
Founder, baker and decorator.
Favourite part of the job:
Hand piping logos on biscuits/decorating Christmas biscuits.
Least fav part:
If we don't have a cutter and I have to hand cut specific biscuit shapes-it's can take such a long time!
Other jobs you do:
I am a Swimming Teacher and I also Nanny for a 9 year old boy.
Hobbies outside of work:
Date nights, walks with friends, the cinema and reading - I wish I had more time to!
What you wanted to be when you were younger:
Primary school teacher.
Fav flavour cake:
Warm chocolate cake, especially the crispy top bits.
What's on in the background whilst you work:
Any tv show or a film, I can't work in silence!

Cake decorator and head of all things technical.
Favourite part of the job:
Piping for the retro/vintage cakes.
Least fav part:
Transporting cakes and making figures I haven't made before can be stressful.
Hobbies outside of work:
Cinema, going out with friends and ordering all desserts off the menu.
What you wanted to be when you were younger:
I wanted to be a Fashion Designer.
Fav flavour cake:
Carrot cake, or peanut butter.
What's on in the background whilst you work:

Job role:
Content creator.
Favourite part of the job:
Being able to hang out with my best friends whilst creating content that supports their business.
Least fav part:
When the sisters argue and also trying to pick a good trending song to go with videos (it's a lot of pressure)
Other jobs you do:
I am a teaching assistant in a primary school.
Hobbies outside of work:
Reading, swimming, going to the cinema and eating brownies.
What you wanted to be when you were younger:
I wanted to be an actress.
Fav flavour cake:
This is tricky but I think I would say chocolate.

Usually a tv series that I watch on repeat in the background.
