Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of 50% needs to be paid to confirm your order. This can be paid via bank transfer or cash in hand. The remaining amount can then be paid upon collection. Please give up to 2 weeks notice if you want to make changes to your order.
* Refunds may be issued dependant on individual circumstances.
We are not liable for any orders once they have been collected or delivered. However if you have any problems or queries, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll try our best to help but please be aware this may not always be possible.

If you're collecting a cake from us, or travelling with a cake, we recommend you put the cake on a flat surface in the car. Either the boot or the footwell.
If you're holding the cake on your lap, please ensure that you're holding the bottom/side of the box to help control the movements whilst the car is moving.

If carrying the cake, try not to push in the cake box as it could affect the cake inside.
In the hot weather, put your buttercream cakes in the fridge. Otherwise find a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Once cake has been cut, put in a airtight container and eat within 5 days. Biscuits can last up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.
